At Bracken Christian School, we consolidate our tuition and fees in a budget-friendly package, combining tuition and fees in one convenient amount. No additional fees that have been traditionally charged to the student accounts will be charged unless your student participates in an optional activity. TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
Families may choose to pay tuition annually, bi-annually, or monthly. All balances must be paid in full by the following deadlines:

Tuition payments are processed through FACTS automatic withdrawal from the responsible party's checking or savings account, or via credit/debit card (note: additional service fees apply for credit/debit card transactions).
FACTS FEES
When enrolling in a payment plan, families will incur a one-time yearly FACTS fee:
Since teacher hiring for the upcoming academic year is based on student enrollment, Bracken charges a withdrawal fee. Enrolled students that withdraw between June 1-June 30, a fee of $1,000.00 per student will be charged. A full year’s tuition payment becomes guaranteed to Bracken Christian School on July 1st unless the student withdraws for reasons stated below. Exceptions to the payment of the full year’s tuition are granted for company/military transfers required to maintain one’s employment, loss of employment and medical hardship. A letter documenting a required move or hardship will be sufficient proof to waive the remaining tuition. Refunds will be mailed at the end of the semester following withdrawal from Bracken, provided school property has been returned in good condition.
