At Bracken Christian School, we believe that faith is best lived out through action. Our students are called to serve and make a difference in their communities—putting Christ’s example of service into practice every day.

Through Warrior Service Days, students of all ages step out into the Bulverde/Spring Branch area and beyond to serve local organizations, care for neighbors, and support families in need. These experiences provide opportunities not only to help others but also for students to grow in their understanding of Christ’s love.

Our prayer and hope is that each Warrior leaves campus with a lifelong heart for service, ready to impact their world for Christ and glorify Him through their actions—demonstrating our core values of Christ-centeredness, community, discipleship, compassion, and service in every interaction.

Elementary School Service

Each grade level in Elementary has opportunities to serve in ways that build empathy and a heart for others. Upper Elementary students participate in hands-on service projects, while all Elementary students create uplifting cards for law enforcement officers and nursing home residents, spreading encouragement and brightening the lives of those in our community.

Middle and High School Service

Students expand their reach through service days and volunteer projects. Students serve local businesses and organizations such as Our Daily Bread, The Hope Center, Bulverde Thrift, and more. They also serve right here on campus, learning to care for their school community and appreciate the resources and people around them, all while modeling Christ’s love in action.

S.A.L.T. Program

As part of Bracken’s mentoring initiatives, the S.A.L.T. program (Servants And Leaders Together) pairs Middle and High School students with Elementary students to guide, encourage, and serve alongside them throughout the year. This program not only strengthens relationships across grade levels but also models servant leadership and Christ-centered living for our youngest Warriors.
