At Bracken Christian School, we consolidate our tuition and fees in a budget-friendly package, combining tuition and fees in one convenient amount. No additional fees that have been traditionally charged to the student accounts will be charged unless your student participates in an optional activity. Our tuition packages eliminate fees charged throughout the year and allows for a more budget-friendly tuition.

Just as a shield is a tool, the S.H.I.E.L.D. program aims to be a tool our Bracken Warriors can utilize. From accommodations to tutoring to building cognitive skills, S.H.I.E.L.D. works one-on-one with students to give them the resources they need to succeed.

Tuition can be paid annually, bi-annually, or monthly, with all balances paid in full by May 1st for 12th grade and June 1st for Pre-K - 11 grades. Payments are drafted via FACTS automatic withdrawal from the responsible party’s checking, savings account, or credit/debit card (additional credit card/debit card service fees apply). When signing up for payment plans, families will pay a one-time yearly FACTS fee of $25 for annual and bi-annual plans and $55 for monthly plans and can choose the 1st or the 5th of the month to make the tuition payment.
Tuition
Bracken Christian School makes financial and employment decisions based on anticipated enrollment. When a family withdraws anytime following enrollment and prior to the end of the school year it causes a hardship on the school. Therefore, withdrawals for reasons other than those stated below will result in the payment of a full semester’s tuition after the student has attended any portion of the semester.
Early Withdrawal
Exceptions to the payment of the full semester’s tuition are granted for medical hardship, job loss or company/military transfers required to maintain one’s employment or relocation because of loss of employment. A letter documenting such a required move will be sufficient proof to waive the payment of a full semester’s tuition. Any other exceptions are at the discretion of the administration. After the first month’s tuition has been deducted, tuition refunds will be prorated according to days attended. Refunds will be mailed no later than two weeks after withdrawal from school provided that all books and athletic issued equipment have been returned in good condition.
